1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Specula Fund website, which includes purchasing or utilizing any of our courses, e-books, subscriptions, or any related digital content and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our Services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Specula Fund, governing your use of all content related to trading, investing, and financial education provided by us.

2. Account Registration and Security

Accessing certain premium features of the Services, such as courses or subscriptions, requires you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Specula Fund immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Specula Fund cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you are responsible for controlling the distribution of your password and limiting access to your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights and Limited License

All content available on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, course materials, e-books, subscriptions content, videos, and software, is the sole property of Specula Fund or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase of a course, e-book, or subscription grants you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and personally use the purchased content solely for your own individual educational and non-commercial purposes. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, trading, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Services or its content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Specula Fund. This license explicitly prohibits sharing your login credentials, distributing the course materials, or creating derivative works based on our content.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations

All prices for courses, e-books, and subscriptions are clearly stated on the website and are subject to change without prior notice, though price changes will not affect purchases already made. Payment must be completed through the designated third-party payment processors. For subscription-based Services, you authorize Specula Fund or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, corresponding to your chosen subscription interval, until you officially cancel your subscription. Cancellation procedures, as well as specific terms regarding refunds for digital products, will be governed by the separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Failure to pay any subscription fee or charge when due may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the paid Services.
